Wanted: Commission

I'm currently seeking some one willing to do commission work of the following specifications:

There are two requirements. You have seen at least some of the anime "Blood +" and you are willing to create a print of the work you do and send it to me. The reason for this is I want a commission of the main character, Saya, in the style of the flashback scene where she has long flowing hair and is rushing about with bright red eyes cutting people apart with a sword.

You must be comfortable working with gore, as I expect there to be a lot of blood in the print. The scene should look something like this: Saya with bright red eyes visible, long hair, covered in blood, a dark, barely visible jungle background, her in a pose of some kind of attack (swinging a sword, crouching in preparation for a leap, etc), and several non-distinct figures in the background torn apart by her sword (either falling, or already down, or maybe freshly cut, etc. Up to you. If you wanted to be really ambition, you could have a picture of her in the middle of slicing some one up) I say you should have seen the anime because this may help you in getting a metal picture of what I want. The dimensions of the print should be at least 40cm tall, at least 30cm wide, and can be landscape or portrait, up to you. On a side note, I will pay extra if you can make a print that is landscape and also provide a digital copy of such dimensions that it could be used as a desktop background. (something around 1280x1024) That being said, it does not matter to me in the slightest if you decide to create this art digitally then print it, or use materials like paint or graphic pens to create. As long as you can create a dark and gritty style, the medium is also up to you. There is a lot of flexibility in this piece. I would prefer it not contain watermarks or logos, but feel free to sign your print in the corner or some other discreet location.

Pricing is negotiable. I am willing to pay a high price for high quality work. The best way for me would be for you to ask any other questions I may have omitted the details of, then quote me a price. I will tell you straight up if it's too much or a fair price and we can go from there. If you are a female artist, I will also include the price of one drink of your choice.
